"I got my hay order last week…"
I got my hay order last week and, i was happy with it. It looked fresh, had a nice green color, and didn’t have that dusty smell some hay can have. My rabbits went for it right away, which is always the real test for me. One bag did have a little more loose bits at the bottom than I would’ve liked, but overall it was a good order and I’d buy it again.

The charges themselves seemed mostly fine, but the way they were explained was confusing. I had to dig around and still didn’t feel like I fully understood what I was paying for. I ended up reaching out for help, and this feels like something that should be escalated so billing details are made clearer upfront...

"Good amount for the price, but the wait was annoying"
I’d probably give this 4 stars. The portion size has been good for my rabbits, it lasts a decent amount of time and doesn’t feel tiny like some other ones I’ve tried. I do sometimes end up with more little broken bits at the bottom of the bag than I’d like, but overall it still feels fair for the price. My only real frustration was waiting for it to arrive, since I was getting low and it felt like it took longer than it should have.

"Used haybox when I was moving…"
Used haybox when I was moving flats and had way too much stuff lying around. it helped. Booking was straightforward. No big drama there. Getting my things back later was also fine, not really a hassle. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but it cleared a lot of space at home when I really needed it. Would probably use them again.

"Hay was fine, packaging could be better"
The hay itself was totally fine when I opened it up, but the box came with a dent and the tape was kind of loose so I was a little worried at first, and while nothing inside seemed damaged or ruined, I just expected it to be packed a bit more securely.

The hay was okay overall, but it was dustier than I expected and kept making me sneeze while I was handling it. Also, having to go through verification over and over again was annoying. I get needing to confirm things, but repeating it that many times just made the whole experience more frustrating.

When I opened the box, the smell was really nice — fresh but not overpowering or anything. Everything looked clean and packed well too, which I appreciated. Overall I’m happy with it and don’t really have any complaints.

"My rabbits absolutely loved it"
I ordered a box from haybox.club for my two rabbits and they were into it straight away. Normally they get a bit fussy with hay and leave half of it behind, but with this they kept coming back for more and even stretched out in it afterwards. It smelled really fresh too, and wasn’t dusty like some others I’ve bought before. if the rabbits are happy, I’m happy, I’d definitely buy it again.

"Pretty happy with how they handled it"
I had a small hiccup with my order and wasn’t in the best mood when I messaged them, so I wasn’t expecting much. But they replied quickly and got it sorted without turning it into a whole drama. They were nice and friendly about it too, which definitely made me feel better. I’d happily use haybox.club again...

Got my hay delivery today and most of it was right, but one item wasn’t the one I picked. Not a huge problem, just a bit annoying when you’re expecting certain thing. Overall it was okay, and I’d maybe order again

"Just makes hay ordering easier"
I’ve been really happy with Hay Box so far. It’s nice being able to change my subscription without jumping through hoops, and when I ended up with too much hay, pausing it was super easy. it just takes one more thing off my mind because I don’t have to keep remembering to order every time…

I tried haybox for the first time when I was feeling mentally drained, so I really appreciated how simple it was to use. "Rabbit’s been doing better"
I started using Hay Box because my rabbit was being picky with hay and his stomach seemed a bit off. After about a week, he was eating more of it and I noticed way less soft poop. He’s also been moving around more and just seems healthier overall. Happy with it so far...
